PUBLIC NOTICE
OPEN PUBLIC MEETINGS ACT
2025 MEETING SCHEDULE

In conformance with the New Jersey Open Public Meetings Act of 1975, as amended (P.L.1975, Ch. 231), the Somerset-Union Soil Conservation District official monthly Board of Supervisors meeting will take place on 10/15/25 at noon at the district office. The remaining 2025 meetings will be held on the following dates and times:

The Agenda for the meetings will generally consist of the following items:

1. Open/Determine Quorum, Open Public Meetings Announcement
2. Minutes
3. Financial Reports and Actions
4. Correspondence
5. Old Business
6. New Business
7. Open to Public
8. Executive Session (if needed)
9. Adjourn

The Board reserves the right to modify the meeting schedule or agenda.

The designated media outlet to receive all Open Public Meetings Act Notices for the Districts shall be Newark Star Ledger. Any additional news or media outlet wishing to receive Notices of meetings shall be provided with the same at no cost.

Any member of the public requesting e-mail notices of meeting shall be provided with the same at no cost. Any members of the public requesting to receive notices of meetings via the US Postal Service shall be provided with the same at a cost of $10.00 per year. All Notices relative to District meetings shall also be provided to the Somerset/Union County Clerks and shall be posted on the Public Bulletin Board at the District office.
