The Somerset County Agriculture Development Board presents Safe Farms, Safe Roads, Healthy Soil! This activity book is filled with fun activities, coloring pages, and some interesting fact about agriculture in Somerset County. Books can be downloaded here or are available in Somerset County libraries.
Healthy soil is the foundation of every farm, helping crops grow while protecting our water and open spaces. We’re also focusing on farm road safety, reminding everyone that patience and awareness on our roads help keep farmers, families, and our community safe. Be sure to collect them all!

Staff to the Somerset County Agriculture Development Board worked to develop multiple curriculums that could be done at home during the height of the stay at home orders. The hope was to give children the ability to still play outdoors in their own backyards – learning about the wild and wonderful ecosystem around them.
