WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION:
Why is it important to diversify your organization's funding? Many nonprofit organizations rely heavily on a small number of funding sources - often a single grant program, government support, or an annual fundraiser. While these sources are valuable, depending too heavily on one funding stream can leave organizations vulnerable when funding priorities shift, economic conditions change, or a grant cycle ends.
In this two-hour, in-person workshop, participants will explore a variety of revenue sources and learn how each plays an important role in your organization's fundraising:
- Annual Campaigns (developing consistent, year-round support)
- Major Gifts (developing a cultivation strategy for individual donors)
- Grants (researching, submitting for, and securing grants)
- Special Events (generating revenue and increasing visibility)
- Capital Campaigns (determining readiness for large-scale fundraising)
Join Molly Servais of Match Nonprofit Consulting to learn how your organization can intentionally diversify your funds and leave with actionable ideas and tools to help your organization build a more sustainable financial future.
We are planning to offer a single session of this workshop. This workshop will not be recorded.
