Celebrating America's 250th!

Somerset County 250th Collage Photo for Website2026 will mark 250 years of American Independence and Somerset County is gearing up to take part in the national celebration!

Known as The Crossroads of the American Revolution, New Jersey played a major part in the Revolutionary War and Somerset County was at the heart of it! Some have even said that General George Washington spent more time in Somerset County than any other New Jersey county during the War.
