The Somerset County Department of Health (SCDOH) offers free online Basic Food Handler Courses through ServSafe to food handlers currently working in a food establishment located in a town serviced by the SCDOH: 

Bedminster - Bound Brook - Far Hills - Franklin - Manville - Middlesex Borough - North Plainfield - Raritan - Somerville - South Bound Brook

Pre-registration is required for the online course, as space is limited. Registered individuals will have one (1) week from their registered course date to complete the online Basic Food Handlers Course through ServSafe.
