To register for any of the courses offered by the Somerset County Emergency Services Training Academy, you must fill out the proper application form (in full) and email, US mail, or fax it back.

ESTA Catalog or Contract Courses:

Please note when signing up for the ICS courses you MUST provide the required prerequisites with your registration form. 

    *Accepted ICS certificates for ICS prerequisites* 

• ICS-100.C (most current version 2025) can be done online
• ICS-200.C (most current version 2019) Must be in person course
• G-0300 (most current version 2019) Must be in person course
• G-0400 (most current version 2019)
• NIMS-700.B (most current version 2018) can be done online
• NRF-800.D (most current version 2020) can be done online

ESTA Training Drill:

• LIVE BURN DEPARTMENT AGREEMENT - Required to be completed for all live burns 

ESTA EMT Program:

• Spring 2026 EMT Course | Preregistration is required | Students who show up to Orientation without being registered will be turned away.

ESTA Facility Rental:

OEM Course Application:

Important Notes:

• Please check for any prerequisites or equipment needed for course.  Students that do not have the prerequisites or necessary equipment will not be allowed into the course.

• Those students eligible for course tuition reimbursement under the NJ DOH OEMS Training Fund should have the Tuition Reimbursement Form filled out and signed by an officer of your agency.
