Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art training equipment and resources to ensure that our emergency services personnel are well-prepared for any situation.

Burn Tower
This six (6) story tower has an interior elevator shaft and confined space area, exterior and interior stairs, rappel doors, bailout windows, and sprinklers on first floor.

Burn Building
This is a three (3) story natural gas burn building. It has a Kitchen, Bedroom, Warehouse and Electrical mock up available. Complete sound system, Condo, Office Building, Residential and Commercial scenarios available.

The 2-story Dräger Phase 5 survival area provides hot search training, thermal balance fire attack, multiple burn rooms, flat roof cutting prop, attached garage car fires, forcible entry doors, and excellent class-A fire training.

Smoke House
This has a 1-story home, office area, laboratory and many other configurations, with interior blackout walls. All interior areas movable and customizable to your requirements. On the 2nd story is a search and rescue maze.

The Dräger Phase 1 flashover chamber, students are able to view the life cycle of a fire from incipient stage to flashover.
