A County Animal Response Team (CART) is a group of volunteers and other entities, such as government and private agencies, with resources and personnel to respond to animal issues in disasters. The CART is organized under each county Office of Emergency Management.  The CART plans, collaborates, and trains with other responder entities to provide a coordinated disaster response.

If you are experiencing an animal emergency outside of the scope of CART, please reference the updated Animal Control  Resources for your municipality by clicking HERE.

*Please note we DO NOT handle nuisance animals - please reference the document above*
