The Somerset Helps Outreach team brings resources and staff from the Somerset County Department of Human Services out into the community. The Outreach team aims to meet people where they are at, providing access to services and referrals, focusing on our most vulnerable populations. Alongside many of our community partners, our goal is to help and support our Somerset County residents live happier and healthier lives.
