The 2026 Somerset County ADRC Planning Survey - Help Us To Help You!

The Somerset County Office on Aging and Disability Services needs your help in planning necessary programs and services for people aged 60+, caregivers and people living with disabilities. By participating in this needs assessment survey, you will help guide us in making decisions about the most needed community-based senior services in Somerset County.

Responses to survey questions help us gain a better understanding of seniors living in Somerset County.

Surveys can be completed electronically by clicking here or by calling the Office on Aging and Disability Services at (908) 704-6346 and requesting a printed copy.

Survey will conclude March 31, 2026.

The Somerset County Office on Aging & Disability Services is the local agency for ensuring seniors (60+), adults with disabilities (18+) and their caregivers have easy access to information, long term services and supports. For any caregiving questions, information, or referral to services please contact the office regarding service eligibility. Our office is open to walk-ins and curbside assistance.

    If you are elderly or have special needs, be sure to register with New Jersey Register Ready. The emergency services rescue teams will then know where you are and what they need to do to meet your needs in emergency situations.

    The New Jersey registration website allows residents with special needs and their families, friends and associates an opportunity to provide information to emergency response agencies, so emergency responders can better plan to serve special needs individuals and their families in a disaster or other emergency.

    The information collected is confidential and will not be available to the public; it will be held securely and only used for emergency response and planning.
