We provide cash assistance and limited Medicaid coverage to individuals and couples without dependent children who have little or no income and live in the following municipalities:

• Bound Brook
• Branchburg
• Far Hills
• Green Brook
• Hillsborough
• Manville
• Millstone
• Montgomery
• North Plainfield
• Raritan
• Rocky Hill
• Somerville
• South Bound Brook
• Warren

Other individuals should apply in the municipality in which they live. This is a time-limited program and recipients may participate for a maximum of five years.
